قرر مجلس إدارة الأهلي برئاسة محمود الخطيب، في اجتماعه الذي عقده أمس الأحد بمقر النادي بالجزيرة، مضاعفة مكافآت الفوز للفريق الأول لكرة اليد رجال، بعد تتويجه ببطولة كأس مصر. 

وكان المجلس قد حرص على عقد جلسة مع الفريق والجهاز الفني والإداري قبل اجتماع مجلس الإدارة، وجه خلالها الكابتن محمود الخطيب التهنئة للاعبين، بعد الأداء المتميز والروح العالية، وإصرارهم على إحراز الفوز والتتويج بكأس مصر، بعد أيام قليلة من خسارة بطولة الدوري في المباراة الفاصلة.

وأكد الخطيب تقديره للجهود الكبيرة التي بذلها الجهاز الفني واللاعبين على مدار مشوار الموسم، وتقديمهم أداءً متميزًا، وتحقيق نتائج تلبي طموحات الأهلي وجماهيره.

وأشار الخطيب إلى أن الفوز ببطولة كأس مصر لليد يعد خطوة طيبة، ولكن الفترة القادمة تحتاج إلى جهود مضاعفة على كل المستويات لإسعاد جماهير الأهلي.

أكد محمد الطويلة رئيس نادي النجوم، أنه لن يكتفي بخصم 3 نقاط فقط من رصيد الإسماعيلي وسيطالب بمضاعفة العقوبة.

أيدت لجنة الاستئناف بالاتحاد المصري لكرة القدم، قرار خصم 3 نقاط من النادي الإسماعيلي، بسبب عدم تنفيذ حكم المحكمة الرياضية الدولية “كاس” لصالح نادي النجوم. طالع التفاصيل

وأضاف الطويلة في مداخلة هاتفية لبرنامج “النجوم في رمضان”، المُذاع عبر إذاعة الشباب والرياضة: “تم قبول تظلم الإسماعيلي شكلاً ورفضه موضوعًا، ولست سعيدًا لأن الحكم تأخر سنة وشهرين، أحكام فيفا تنفذ بشكل سريع ولكن وجدنا مماطلة ليس من الاتحاد الحالي، نشكر أحمد مجاهد لأنه يعمل بحيادية ودون تدخل”.

وتابع: “قرار خصم 3 نقاط فقط ظالم للغاية، كان ينبغي خصم 6 نقاط، كنت أتعشم أن تُغلظ لجنة التظلمات العقوبة، وسوف نخاطب اتحاد الكرة غداً بشأن تغليظ العقوبة”.

وعن تلقي ناديه عرضًا من الأهلي للتعاقد مع كريم فؤلاد لاعب الفريق المعار لإنبي: “الأهلي لم يتحدث معنا بشكل رسمي للتعاقد مع كريم فؤاد ولكننا جهزنا كل السيناريوهات الخاصة بهذا الأمر”.

واختتم: “في حالة إخطار إنبى لنا بتحويل إعارة كريم فؤاد لبيع نهائي سنجهز الرد المناسب، وفي حالة تقدم الأهلي بعرض رسمي سنكون جاهزين بالرد المناسب للصفقة”.

Erling Haaland is currently one of the most popular teenagers in the world of football. And according to ESPN, Barcelona have taken an interest in the young sensation but could be put off by Salzburg’s reported £85.7m asking price. However, the Catalans are in dire need of a worthy Luis Suarez replacement and currently there’s no better man available.

What’s the word, then?

The 19-year-old centre-forward has so far been the biggest revelation of the season.

The same source claims Haaland is a highly sought-after player in the market as his performances, especially the ones in the Champions League, have already successfully turned a couple of heads.

But for that very reason, the fact that Salzburg may ask for £85.7m doesn’t really come as a big surprise, despite the forward’s young age.

And that could very well be the thing that ultimately stops the Catalans from making their move.

But looking at their current striker situation, with Suarez already making strides in his 30s and his output slowly decreasing, Barcelona should look past the enormous asking price and go all-in for the Norvegian prodigy.

An ideal replacement

Suarez has definitely been a huge servant for the Blaugrana but there comes a time when even the best of them have to call it a day.

Despite scoring eight goals and assisting further one in the 13 games he’s played for the club across all competitions in 2019/20, the Uruguayan has mostly been a shadow of his former self.

With multiple bad displays under his belt already, it might be a good time for the Catalans to start looking at players who could represent worthy replacements for their ageing forward.

And they shouldn’t really look further than Haaland.

The 19-year-old has already scored 26 goals in just 18 games, more than Suarez, Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann combined, across all competitions, including seven goals in the Champions League.

Not to mention that he netted both a hattrick and a brace in Europe along the way.

By all standards, the young prodigy is the real deal and Salzburg’s reported asking price, despite being extremely inflated, could very well be worth it in the long run.

It is time for Barcelona to pull the trigger and land someone who will make them set for the future.

Haaland is the one and if they don’t scoop him, someone else will.

Josh Maja has been discussing his departure from Sunderland but many supporters are dissatisfied with the excuse he has given.

The striker claimed he wanted to stay at the Black Cats, which some fans would probably love to hear, but only if he received a new and improved contract, being offered the money he thought he deserved.

He also stated that the prospect of joining a team in one of Europe’s top five leagues was also very appealing, and thought that the move to Bordeaux would help to progress his career.

The 20-year-old has played 12 games this season but the Sunderland faithful still reject his view of the affair, and believe that it was all about the money for him, suggesting that he didn’t really want to stay.

It is a hard pill to swallow for some, especially as his loss put a big dent in their promotion hopes last term, with Jack Ross struggling to find the same form from his team with Will Grigg leading the line as they were eventually beaten by Charlton in the play-off final.

وأضاف: “كارتيرون قبل رحيله في فترة التدريب الأولى له مع نادي الزمالك كان سببًا في خسارة الفريق الدوري”.

وأكمل: “ليس هناك رئيس نادي جريء في الدوري المصري قادر على التعاقد معي لتدريب الفريق، وذلك لأنني صارم في التعامل؛ وهذا سبب عدم تعاقدهم معي”.

واختتم: “أنا أحسن مدرب يتعامل مع اللاعبين، لكن هناك دائمًا صدام مع الإدارات، كما أنني لست لينًا في التعامل مع إدارات الفرق”.

Michail Antonio came on at half time for West Ham United against Tottenham Hotspur, becoming one of very few positives for the Hammers to take from the game.

Having replaced Felipe Anderson, Antonio went on to record a WhoScored rating of 7.8, which was the highest of any man in claret and blue.

The 29-year-old, who is rated at £13.5m on Transfermarkt, was the player to score West Ham’s first goal of the game, when he produced a great faint before firing the ball past Paulo Gazzaniga.

He carried a threat outside of that though, completing all three of his attempted dribbles, making one key pass and taking three shots, two of which were on target.

Moving forward

This was Antonio’s first involvement for West Ham since he was forced off eight minutes into the Carabao Cup win over Newport County in August, meaning he has missed nine Premier League games.

That he was so lively after such a long lay-off will be highly encouraging for Manuel Pellegrini, as the Chilean looks for a solution to end the club’s eight-game winless run in all competitions.

Antonio has shown that he could be the man to help do this – as well as Lukasz Fabianski when he returns – through that performance.

The player who could benefit most from the 29-year-old’s reintroduction is Sebastien Haller, who has struggled in recent weeks, having now gone five league games in a row without a single goal or assist.

Having the lively Antonio up alongside him could help to bring out the side of the Frenchman that saw him bag a brace against Watford.

Overall, it should be a bonus to have Antonio back fit and available, meaning his reintroduction is one of the few good things remember the Spurs game by.

In other news, one of Antonio’s fellow attackers was criticised by fans for his performance against Spurs.

وأوضحت أن تشيلسي يريد التعاقد مع بيانيتش على سبيل الإعارة، بينما باريس سان جيرمان لم يُظهر بعد اهتمام حقيقي لضم النجم البوسني، صاحب الـ 31 عامًا.

برشلونة يرغب كذلك في التخلص من بيانيتش بأمر من كومان، وكذلك من أجل الحصول على موارد مالية لاستخدامها في تمويل صفقات أخرى.

It’s not often a manager boasting a 71% win ratio would be a gamble but that’s the situation facing Everton at the moment.

Jorge Jesus is one of the latest in a long line of potential suitors to be touted for the role of head coach at Goodison Park as the pressure on Marco Silva begins to ramp up.

The Toffees sit 16th in the Premier League, just four points ahead of Norwich who round off the relegation places. To say things haven’t been going well would be an understatement.

Silva’s men have been met with inconsistency at every avenue and losing 2-0 against the aforementioned Canaries sums that up. They lacked fluidity and drive but that is a common issue that’s faced Everton in 2019/20.

Mikel Arteta has been linked with taking over from the Portuguese, as have Eddie Howe and David Moyes. However, none of them can reel off the level of success on their CV that Flamengo manager Jesus can.

The 65-year-old recently guided his side to a miraculous Copa Libertadores victory. Seemingly down and out, Everton target Gabriel Barbosa popped up with two goals in the dying embers of the final to win the game.

It summed up the never-say-die attitude that Jesus instils in his players.

Throughout his managerial career, he’s achieved some remarkable things. He’s currently on an unbeaten run of 26 games in Brazil, while he won ten honours at Benfica.

Not only that, but he guided them to two Europa League finals. This is a man who has also won trophies in Saudi Arabia and with Braga too.

Yet, he would still be a gamble. Everton have always preferred the motive of employing someone familiar with the conditions. Never before have they hired someone who doesn’t have experience of the English game.

Jesus has rarely managed outside of his native Portugal, failing to try his trade elsewhere in Europe.

Adapting to the demands of the Premier League is a considerable challenge, one that was felt hard by Louis Van Gaal and Luis Felipe Scolari to name a few. The latter won multiple competitions in Brazil but failed to do so at Chelsea, eventually being sacked after just seven months at the helm.

Jesus would differ considerably from what Everton already have. Perhaps that’s what Marcel Brands and Farhad Moshiri need?

Silva is at the opposite end of his career but Jesus’ lack of experience and knowledge of the English game would be a concern.

Everton are in dire need of someone to rescue them and they cannot afford to gamble. A man with knowledge of the division like Howe or Moyes could be safer given the circumstances.
